Ericsson R&D Italy Innovation Day 2025

Ericsson R&D Italy Innovation Days 2025 was held on October 14–15 at the Ericsson R&D centre in Pagani (SA), showcasing Italy’s innovation in future mobile communications technologies. The event brought together researchers, partners and stakeholders to present the latest advancements in areas such as AI-enhanced networks, intelligent connectivity, sustainability and the evolution from 5G to 6G, underlining the strategic role of Italian research within Ericsson’s global R&D activities. Over 600 researchers from the sites in Pagani, Genova and Pisa participated, highlighting solutions designed to make networks more programmable, secure and efficient.

CoRiTeL participated in the Ericsson R&D Italy Innovation Days 2025, contributing to a live demonstration focused on network digital twin technologies, showcasing predictive and adaptive network modelling within future mobile communication systems.

I-Cities Gaeta 2025

I-Cities 2025, organized by CINI, was held from September 17th to 19th, 2025. The event brought together research institutions and industry stakeholders to present innovative solutions across smart systems, digital transformation, and advanced technologies. During this edition, CoRiTeL showcased a demonstration on the integration of AI agents within the Industry 5.0 ecosystem. The proposed solution combined multi-agent orchestration and AI-driven decision-making to enable adaptive and intelligent industrial automation. The demo featured the interaction between AI planning modules and a collaborative robot connected via 5G, demonstrating real-time digital-to-physical execution and adaptive production control..

TALON Valencia 2024

24th to 27th Sept 2024 | Valencia

The face-to-face (F2F) meeting for the Talon project was held at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) in Spain. This meeting fostered collaboration between Coritel and TEI (ERICSSON) alongside the partners involved in the two use cases where the developed module will be deployed. The agenda covered discussions on module integration, tuning, and Coritel's key responsibility of interfacing with other related modules.

I-Cities Messina 2024

It focused on key topics such as smart cities, e-Culture, e-Tourism, and e-Health, offering a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration among industry experts. In this event were shown demos about 5G in mission critical operations, 1 of which 'Smart Cardio Ambulance' was developed with the contribution of CoRiTeL.
